WEST BOUNTIFUL – This Saturday, it will be 15 years to the day since Pam Nichols opened Animal Care Center and began her Davis County practice. To celebrate, she and her staff are inviting the public to an open house.

Families and their pets are invited to join the celebration, which runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 31 at the center, 698 W. 500 South in West Bountiful.

The event will include food, games and entertainment at no charge. The West Bountiful police department will be giving K9 demonstrations and there will be raffles held as a fundraiser for non-profit organizations. A pet psychic, who does readings of people's pets, will also be at the open house.

Families can meet Nichols and the doctors, therapists and specialists that work with her at the center. The event has also been planned as a way to show appreciation to clients of the center.
