MUDDY CREEK - A Centerville father and son are safe at home after being found in a secluded area of Emery County.

Erik and Ammon Gunderson went missing in the Muddy Creek area after failing to show up for a planned pickup Thursday evening. The two, who reportedly had plans to hike and raft, were spotted by an Eagle Air Med helicopter on Friday. Crews from the Emery County Sheriff's Office and Utah State Parks were also out searching.

Both were reportedly in good condition, though the Emery County Sheriff's office reported that they had brought inadequate supplies for the journey.
