Garrett Penrose, son of Steve and Kathryn Penrose, recently received his Eagle Scout Award. He is a member of Troop 89, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Garrett earned 27 Merit Badges. For his Eagle project he earned money and planted eight trees for Reading Elementary School in Centerville.
