Presenters will discuss various topics such as brain health, positive thinking, diabetes and nutrition, resources for caregivers, how to shop for assisted living centers, and home safety.
The Tuesday classes begin at 1 p.m. at the Centerville Library (45 South 400 West, Centerville). Each Thursday class is a repeat of the Tuesday class and they start at 1 p.m. at the Heritage Senior Activity Center (140 East Center Street, Clearfield). The last set of classes will end on Tuesday, Aug. 4, and Thursday, Aug. 6. No registration is required.
