Keith (KD) and Linda Simpson will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this month. They were married Dec. 18, 1966 at the home of Dale and Francis Simpson in Bountiful. The next day Keith left for Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Linda stayed with her parents Mel and Norma Winn until the following year when she joined Keith in Fayetteville, NC.

KD spent his career in law enforcement, working for Woods Cross Police Department, Davis County Sheriff and the Utah Department of Public Safety retiring after 30 years of Service. In 1978 KD answered an ad in the paper for a part-time Paramedic for LDS Hospitals Life Flight, which turned out to be as exciting as Law Enforcement… you can still find him there today!

Linda worked 20 years for Albertsons, making more friends than one can imagine. After retirement she worked just about every job possible, then started her own home based business, Woodhaven Creations making crafts for local boutiques, friends and special events. You can find Linda most any day working in her shop in the back yard.

They are the parents of Sean and Ryan (Taba) Simpson, they have two grandchildren Liam and Tatum.

Experiencing love and life with your soulmate has been the greatest adventure one can ever imagine; they will recognize this monumental event with a quiet night at home.
