Dear Editor:

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches us to forgive and gorget. We watch TV and read the newspapers, and hear the words on the Radio. Words that were said 10 years ago in a locker room?  And for some reason we cannot forgive him?

President Donald Trump won the election fair and square. And the opposition party still cannot believe that Trump really won!? They are poor losers!? The 50 members of Congress who are not going to attend this American tradition of the peaceful transfer of the President of the United States is a disgrace. Hopefully they will all be defeated in the 2018 election for their stupid and childish behavior.

The Mormons are proud of their church’s strong support for families. For those who cannot find anything good to say about Donald Trump – after all is said and done, he has a wonderful family that shows that he is a great father.

When you look for the bad in others and judge them, and then you find out the truth, then you are slow to apologize or even acknowledge that you were wrong? Maybe it is time to take the higher road and take the path of charity. By focusing on the good in others, and look for the good in our 45th president.
