BOUNTIFULGrace Lutheran Church is offering a series of classes, “Lutherans and the Christian Faith: 500 Years of Law and Gospel,” beginning March 15 at 7 p.m. Classes will continue on Wednesday evenings for eight weeks.

Taught by the Rev. Neil Arnold, pastor of the church, the class will explore how a Lutheran understanding of Christianity developed in the context of the greater Christian faith. An emphasis will be upon understanding how Lutheran contributions fit into the greater whole of mainstream Christianity.

The classes commemorate the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther’s famous 95 Theses which are widely recognized as the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.

The classes are open to the public. For additional information, call the church at 801-298-5268. Grace Lutheran Church is located at 835 N. Main, Bountiful.
