Spencer Lewis Bouliouris passed away on his 24th birthday, Oct. 8, 2008, in a car accident. He was born Oct. 8, 1984, in Salt Lake City, Utah to George and Harriet Lewis Bouliouris.
Spencer was a resident of Bountiful, Utah for 20 years, Centerville for three and has lived in Clearfield for the past six months. He married Krystal Khatib on August 26, 2004. He was a member of the LDS church. Spencer loved football, journalism, medicine and had a great love of his dog, Apollo.
He is survived by his wife; parents; brother Paul Bouliouris of Sugarhouse, Utah; sisters Ashlee Bouliouris (twin) of Bountiful Utah, Lindsay (Jonathan) Melanson of Bountiful, Utah; aunt Carol Lewis; nephew Garrison and niece Brooklyn. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Harry and Karma R. Lewis.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Spencer Bouliouris Memorial Fund at any America First C.U.
