District board meeting

FARMINGTON ó The Davis School District Board of Education will meet this Tuesday for its workshop at 3 p.m. to discuss integrating technology in the classroom and review the bond. The board will meet again at 5:30 p.m. to amend the educational programs for gifted and talented students policy and learn about construction projects, among other items.



International reading association

WEST POINT ó The Davis Council of International Reading Association will meet at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday at Lakeside Elementary and hear from Suzette Johnson, president of the Utah Reading Association, about making and using books in the classroom. Downing speaking for Titan Talk

SYRACUSE ó Utah Governor Jon Huntsman Jr.ís General Counsel and Deputy Chief of Staff Tani Pack Downing will be visiting Syracuse High students this Wednesday as part of Titan Talk. NHS cadets to attend conference

Red Ribbon 5K run at Sunset
