Davis County’s three senior activity centers will be open on Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11, but reservations are needed for those who plan on attending so each location can be prepared.

At the Autumn Glow Senior Activity Center, 81 E. Center, Kaysville, a special Veteran’s Day tribute and lunch is planned. All veterans will eat for free. Call 544-1235 for reservations by Nov. 7.

The Golden Years Senior Activity Center, 726 S. 100 East, will present a 21-gun salute at 10 a.m., followed by a free brunch for veterans at 10:30 a.m. Call 295-3479 for reservations by Nov. 7.

At the Heritage Senior Activity Center, 140 E. Center, Clearfield, the Veteran’s Day observance will include the Davis County Sheriff’s Honor Guard presenting a special program at 11 a.m., followed by brunch. The brunch will be free to veterans; all others will be charged $3. Please wear or bring your uniform or medals and memories to share. Call 773-7065 by Nov. 7 to make reservations.
