OGDEN — Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis County is holding its annual Fall Yard Sale on Friday, Oct. 23 to generate funds and help for projects in both counties.

Friends of Habitat, the annual yard sale, will be held at the Clearfield Towne Square on 200 S. State Street. The sale features used furniture, appliances, tools, sporting goods, toys and more. Beginning at 8 a.m., the fall yard sale is held each year to bring in funds for the upcoming year in building. It covers the cost of properties, building materials, tools, insurance, telephone, contact fees and more.

This year’s sale has already been added to by both Wells Fargo and Citi banks, who have each donated thousands of dollars from holding employee parties.

This year’s projects include homes on Doxey Street in Ogden. The projects will continue in construction each Saturday up to Thanksgiving.

Habitat for Humanity is always looking for volunteers, tools and material.
