Seniors in the community too often face challenges alone. Their families may no longer live nearby, or can be overwhelmed with their own challenges of daily life. There are resources and services available, but taking advantage of such help is often complicated. Many people don’t know where to go to ask for help.

Davis County Health Department’s Senior Services has In-Home Services Programs that may meet the needs to keep seniors living independently and safely at home. The staff can provide a bridge between seniors in need and the resources available to them in our community.

Please call 801-451-3377 to speak to a Professional Case Manager to assess your needs and eligibility criteria or visit our website at www.daviscounty utah.gov/health.
