1966-2010



Sandra Elaine Romney Troop was born on Dec. 26, 1966 in Mesa, AZ to Eugene and Sharon Romney. Passed away on July 22, 2010 in Kearns, UT. Married David C. Troop on June 7, 1991 in the Mesa, AZ temple.

Preced-ed in death by her mother Sharon, and her husband David. Survived by sons Amos A. and Issac C. Troop, parents Eugene and Marian Romney, her brother Grant (Karri), sister Rachael (Michael) Carlson, brother David (Natalie), Howard and Ann Troop, and other family members.

She was a primary teacher in a Kearns LDS Ward and was loved by all the children.

Services will be held Thursday, July 29, 2010, 12 pm. at the Kearns 4th Ward Chapel, 4232 W. 5015 S., Kearns where the viewing will begin at 10:30 am. Interment-Lakeview Cemetery.
