Davis County Health

Department

Are you 65 years of age or older with Medicare Part D coverage?

Do you need protection against shingles, whopping cough, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis A?

The Davis County Health Department is expanding its billing capacity to help protect seniors. The department can administer vaccines and bill most Medicare Part D Plans.

The department’s nurses are experienced in vaccine administration and the vaccine schedule. Information can be provided on what to look for, what to expect, and what people can do to alleviate side effects after receiving vaccines.

No appointment is necessary. The Clearfield Clinic at 22 South State Street is open weekdays (closed holidays), 8-11:45 a.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. The Bountiful/Woods Cross Clinic at 596 W. 750 South is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 -4:30 p.m.
